Description
This most up-to-date database file lists the matching city name and state for every active 5-digit ZIP code currently defined by the US Postal Service. Available in native MS Access, dBase, and Paradox formats as well as industry-standard quote-delimited, comma-separated ASCII format. You can import this file into any database program, such as MS Access, dBase, Paradox, FoxPro, etc., or search the file with your favorite text editor or word processor. Other file formats are available upon request.
We update every record in ZIPList5 Lite monthly, so you always receive the latest and most up-to-date data. We license our ZIP code data directly from the US Postal Service. You can't get more accurate and timely ZIP code data from any other source!
Record Layout
The data records of the ZIPList5 Lite file consist of three quote-delimited, comma-separated, ASCII text fields, arranged as follows:

Payment
All orders must be prepaid. We do not accept Purchase Orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express for online or telephone orders.
We also accept checks and money orders in US funds drawn on a US bank. The payment must include shipping and handling charges, if applicable. Orders which do not include appropriate shipping and handling charges will be delayed. We will prepare a pro forma invoice and send it to you via email, fax, or snail mail. However, your order will not be shipped until we receive payment in full.
